Who is Badenyaa?
Badenyaa is a multi-racial company of dancers and musicians based on O'ahu, Hawai'i. We are dedicated to the dance and music of the peoples of the African continent south of the Sahara and the various peoples of the African Diaspora in the New World.
Our goals are to educate others, perform traditional music and dance and engage in creative expression with the purpose of fostering respect and appreciation for the creativity and vitality of black cultures everywhere.
